Authorities in Blair County say a woman, who police described as a self-proclaimed “white witch” and “Egyptian goddess,” has entered a not guilty plea to charges related to a deadly house fire from last year. In February, police arrested 43-year-old Heather Evans following a near year-long investigation into the fatal blaze on East 5th Ave. that claimed the life of 75-year-old Mark Stewart.
