WJAC reported yesterday that a jury took 10 hours to deliberate the fate of political commentator Cliff Maloney Jr of Missouri. He was accused and charged with raping a woman on the campus of UPJ back in 2013. He was accused of drugging and raping the woman. The jury found Maloney not guilty on 4 of 6 counts including rape of an impared person, rape of an unconscious victim, aggravated indecent assault of an impared and unconscious person. The jury did not agree on verdicts for charges including sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault without consent. Now the presiding judge will determine what to do with those two serious charges.
