Tyrone Borough Police say a 14-year-old girl is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed another teen on Easter Sunday. Police say the incident occurred Sunday afternoon along the 100 block of West 12th Street. Authorities say the victim, identified as a 15-year-old juvenile, was transported to UPMC Altoona and has since been released. The female has since been charged through Blair County Juvenile Probation.
