News reports indicate that the owner of an SUV was driving near his home yesterday morning, when he noticed the door to his SUV was open and someone was inside. That person has been identified as 60 year old David Sekula. Police were called and they reported that the owner of the SUV told Sekula to stop when he began to leave the scene. The victim caught Sekula and knocked him to the ground. The report says that Sekula is homeless and police have had run ins with him before. He was found to have loose change on him, that the SUV owner says came from his vehicle. Sekula was taken to the Blair County jail on $5000 bail.
