The Altoona Mirror reports that police arrested 36 year old Gerald Hollabaugh III for allegedly attacking a woman on April 4th in a house on the 900 block of North 4th street. Police say that the victim told them that Hollabaugh hit her several times with a closed fist, and choked her, before she escaped and called police. Hollabaugh fled the scene and told officers via cellphone he would be in court the next day and would talk to them at that time. He was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
