According to a police report, police were called out to a scene along Rt. 219 southbound near the Jerome exit for a domestic disturbance. Police then report that a woman and 42 year old Justin Klink were in a argument, when Klink assaulted the woman with a pistol, and his fists. He then reportedly went from the passenger seat to the driver seat and took off with the woman’s vehicle. Klink is also accused of threatening to kill the woman if she went to the police. He was later apprehended and taken to the Somerset County jail charged with strangulation, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats.
