An overnight stormwater inlet replacement project will take place in the Garden Heights section of Altoona beginning at 11:00 p.m. this Sunday and lasting for one day. The location is Tennyson Avenue Alley between Tennyson Avenue & East Plank Road and Byron Avenue & East Southey Avenue. This work is being done at night to avoid interruption of travel and to accommodate the businesses that use the alley.
