WTAJ reports that the city will be doing work on a storm sewer that will shut down part of 13th avenue between 12th and 13th streets. City workers will be installing a new storm sewer system along with ADA accessible curb ramps near city hall. All business will still be conducted at city hall and other businesses in the affected area, but patrons will be directed to their destination with signs. The project is slated to take between 1-2 months to complete, and will be done in 2 phases.
