In a report by channel 6, Michael Nassry has filed an amended lawsuit against PSU for what he called a hostile work environment. The update is reported to contain more details about Nassry’s claim that he was the target of sexual harassment, hostile co-workers who allegedly threatened him after he outed another co-worker on suspicion of embezzlement. Nassry said that a female in his department repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances which he rebuffed. He says that the lack of any action by the university to address his complaints, led to his filing of the lawsuit. PSU tried to get the suit dismissed, but a federal judge said no because it was amended to include new information.
