A report in the Altoona Mirror suggests that the most dangerous drivers and the most dangerous state to drive in is…MISSISSIPPI. The survey says because of dangerous terrain, and poor road conditions, Mississippi is the hot spot for dangerous drivers. The national highway traffic safety administration conducted the survey. Mississippi has the most uninsured drivers in America and the highest fatality rate at 13% for highway driving. Texas, New Mexico, Missouri and Oklahoma round out the top 5 states for having the worst drivers. The best 5 state for drivers are…Vermont, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and…Pennsylvania.
