News reports indicate that Cong. Dr. John Joyce has opened an office located at 1397 Eisenhower blvd in Johnstown. Cong. Joyce said that this new office will enable his constituents to get the help they may need when they are in conflict with the federal govt. The office will be open Monday-Friday, except on federal holidays. Anyone in Cambria County that needs an appointment or the help of the office, can call the office at 814 485-6020.
