A report out of Harrisburg states that someone in Lancaster County noticed on their mail in ballot that instructions were given for voters to nominate just one candidate for superior court, when in fact, they should have been instructed to select 2 candidates from their party for the November election. Officials in Lancaster county say they have recovered about 15,000 of the ballots, but more than 18,000 were sent out. Voters can expect to receive a replacement ballot with proper instructions. The report stated that both parties were affected by this mistake.
