A report by WTAJ indicates that some 900 Blair County 10th graders took part in a career fair sponsored by Rotary. The idea is to get the youngsters to the fair, for the purpose of exploring different potential career choices once they get to college or decide to go to trade school. 80 different industries were represented, to give the students a wide range of what options they could have in future years. The career fair also showed the students what it would take with college to get hired, or if they could immediately enter the workforce when they graduate from high school.
