A report by WTAJ indicates that police have charged 43 year old Travis Chichy of stealing items from the store back in November of 2022. An accomplice, identified as 37 year old Tammy Koch was charged by Lawrence Twp police last December for the same theft. Police report that both Chichy and Koch entered the store together then split up. Chichy then loaded a shopping cart full of items and left the store alone. Police charged Chichy with stealing more than $1500 worth of merchandise. Koch is facing charges for similar thefts in Walmarts in several other states, to the tune of more than $25,000. Chichy is charged with retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property
