WJAC reports that police have chared 36 year old O’neill Francis with groping the nurse during a medical exam at the GEO processing center. The report states that Francis is alleged ot have touched the woman on her thigh, hip and groin areas then was told to leave the exam room. Francis was charged last week and is now siting in the Clearfield County jail on $100,000 bail. The GEO processing center was converted into an immigration detention facility after it was closed down as the Moshannon Valley prison.
