Contest Dates: Monday, May 1st, 2023 to Sunday September 3rd, 2023.
Listeners will be encouraged to qualify at the following opportunities:
1) Go to Q94 Harley Live On Location Broadcasts (8 total) where they can register to qualify. At each Live On Location Broadcast, 22 qualifiers will be drawn at random.
- J & P Auto Mart (May, 5)
- Western Edge Seafood Outlet (May, 13)
- Zmac’s Riverside Pub (May, 20)
- Ball Buster’s Sports Bar (June, 8)
- Spring Dam Brewery (June, 29)
- Russell Tire (July, 22)
- Bullpen Restaurant (August 17th)
2) Each sponsor location will have registration boxes which can be filled out at any point the business is open during the contest period. Each month, 16 qualifiers will be drawn from each of the 8 sponsor location’s box at random. (The Bullpen and Tyrone Tire & Auto will each have 8 monthly qualifiers drawn as they are splitting one sponsorship) These qualifiers must pick up their qualification ticket at the Lightner Communication studios at 2513 6th Ave Altoona, PA 16602 in person, during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. A driver’s license or legal identification must be presented, and signature of receipt given to receive the qualification ticket.
3) At each of the Roundhouse Rally weekend events, registrations will be accepted before the paid gate opens, and 22 qualifiers will be drawn at random each Roundhouse Rally weekend.
4) Listen to Q94. 200 Opportunities, over the four months of the promotion, will be given at various days and times during the contest period to enter a given keyword into a form on the q94classicrock.com website. 2 qualifiers will be selected at random from those entered at the time the keyword is given out on the air. These qualifiers must pick up their qualification ticket at the Lightner Communication studios at 2513 6th Ave Altoona, PA 16602 in person, during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. A driver’s license or legal identification must be presented, and signature of receipt given to receive the qualification ticket.
5) Lightner Communications stations will conduct other Live On Locations events, during the period where a total of 24 qualifiers will be given away.
- The Grand Prize will be drawn from all qualifiers at random, Sunday September 3rd, at approximately 10:15pm at the Pennsylvania Roundhouse Rally event.
- Must be present to win and be 18 years of age or older.
- Winner must take delivery of the grand prize at Roundhouse Harley Davidson within 14 days of the drawing.
- Winner is responsible for taxes, tags, & fees
- This prize has no cash value and is Non-Transferable.
- Q94, Lightner Communications, and Pennsylvania Roundhouse Rally are not responsible for lost or stolen qualifying tickets.
- No employees of Roundhouse H-D, Roundhouse Powersports or the PA Roundhouse Rally are eligible to win.
- All qualifiers must present their qualifying ticket and ID between 5pm-8pm on September 3, 2023, at the PA Roundhouse Rally (location—Roundhouse H-D, 2626 RT 764, Duncansville PA) to have their ticket put in for the final drawing.
Grand Prizes and Declared Value:
- Grand Prize value of the 2023 Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary Edition Fat Boy 114 is $21,699.00

Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Beginning on the above Effective Date, Lightner Communications & Pennsylvania Roundhouse Rally, will be giving away the above-described Prize(s). The Prize(s) is not transferable. If a Winner declines the Prize(s), there will not be any alternate Prize(s) available in substitution and that Prize(s) will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of Lightner Communications & Pennsylvania Roundhouse Rally. Prize(s) may be time sensitive. Unless otherwise notified by the Participating Radio Station(s), winner(s) must pick up their Prize(s)/vultures thirty (30) days from the Prize(s) award. Proper photo ID will be required to pick up a Prize(s) at the Participating Radio Station(s). Any Contest winner who during the course of a calendar year wins more than $600 in prizes in the aggregate from will receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize(s) may not be exchanged and have no cash value. Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at the Studio Address. All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. Lightner Communications retains the right to cancel this Contest for any reason at any time. Copies of the rules can be obtained on the station(s) websites, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address.
