WJAC reports that police have charged 65 year old Timothy Depetro of Northern Cambria for allegedly stalking a female employee at a Giant Eagle market. The report states that Depetro allegedly stalked the woman while she worked at the store, and then he is accused of groping her while she was standing on a ladder. The victim told police that Depetro was stalking her on facebook, sending unwanted messages and he was also calling her at work. Depetro is charged with indecent assault, stalking, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is free on bail.
