According to a report by WTAJ, police have charged Brittany and Kyle Smalley, both of east freedom with hiding more than $`13,000 worth of illegal drugs from police. The report suggests that the Smalley’s hid the drugs before Isaiah Tilghman was arrested last week for reportedly possessing those same drugs. Tilghman was arrested shortly after midnight last Tuesday after police searched the area for several days. The Smalley’s claim that the bag of drugs was placed inside their vehicle and they had no knowledge of its contents. Brittany Smalley then told police that Tilghman gave the couple $5000 to store the bag. The Smalley’s were arraigned yesterday and are facing numerous felony drug charges.
