A report by WJAC indicates that Altoona Police arrested and charged 31 year old Armando Floyd of trying to sexually assault a woman while she was reportedly under the influence. The woman reportedly told Altoona Police she was very intoxicated on a night in question in March of 2022 whe she asked Floyd to hang out. She went on to tell police tht she was in and out of consciousness, and she remembers Floyd trying to undress her. Floyd told police he did touch the woman, but not in a sexual manner. Police also reportedly found text messages between the two, showing Floyd was apologizing for his actions, and he was sorry for what he did. He is charged with aggravated indecent assault.
