News reports indicate that the district has selected current asst. Superintendent brad hatch to take over the leadership post in the district. Hatch was officially hired last night at the school board meeting. Hatch will officially take over on July 15th, and his contract is for 4 years, carrying him into July 2027. Hatch has been a life long employee in the district starting in 1987 as a teacher at the now defunct Roosevelt Jr. High School, and worked his way into administrative work in 2004 when he became principal. Hatch then moved to the asst. Superintendent post in 2016. Hatch replaces Charles Prijatelj, who announced his resignation earlier this year.
