A report by WJAC indicates that Orsino Thurmon of Wisconsin was to appear in court yesterday n to face charges stemming form a confrontation with local residents back in march of 2020. Thurman refused 2 plea bargain deals earlier this year, and was headed to trial. But he was a no show in court yesterday. He is charged with a shooting incident in Everett while the protesters marched through Bedford County headed for Washington. Jury selection may begin today, if another attempted plea deal is not accepted.
