A report by WJAC indicates that 18 year old Michael Cogdell is charged with the murder of 41 year old Marvin Price along Park Avenue in Johnstown back in January. Price was shot numerous times and found inside his car. Cogdell fled Pennsylvania for Las Vegas where he was captured, and he waived his extradition back to PA. Price’s wife, Lexus Simms is also charged in this crime with stealing a phone from the crime scene that police say belongs to Cogdell. He is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault, and pleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday
