A report by WTAJ indicates that the Dept of Justice has charged 46 year old Jeremy Stephen Heeman of Philipsburg with multiple counts of drug and firearm crimes. The report says that Heeman was caught with drugs and that he intended to deliver them back in January of this year. No other details about the arrest were made public. Heeman is charged by the bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and felony possession of a firearm by a felon. Heeman faces life in prison if convicted.
