Television news reports indicate that charges have been brought via a lawsuit against Timothy Britton, the owner of “Tim’s Apartments” in the Falls Creek area, for harassing several female tenants. The reports suggests that Britton hs accused of making unwanted sexual advances towards his female tenants, also that he touched them and made sexual comments to them. Police also say that Britton offered lower or free rent in exchange for sexual contact or he would retaliate against them if they refused. The suit is being heard in federal court.
