According to television news reports, state police have identified the victim as Ivana Meandzija from Utah. Her body was discovered by a construction worker on May 2, just off exit 123 off ramp of I-80. Police are still investigating as to how Meandzija ended up on Hoopup road. Troopers are asking for your help. If you drove through that area of exit 123 anytime between April 29 and May 2, you are asked to contact state police in Clearfield at 814 857-3800. The cause of death is still unknown.
