WJAC reported that Sandusky filed yet another appeal of his conviction on more than 40 counts of child sex abuse. Sandusky and his attorneys are filing a new motion before the court, claiming that some of the victims say memories of them being abused by Sandusky came back after they had undergone a procedure to recall repressed memories. The attorney says he wants a new hearing to find out about this method of recalling so called repressed memories. Sandusky is serving 30-60 years for abusing numerous children. Prosecutors in the case say that time is out for Sandusky to present more evidence, or evidence that has already been heard and rejected by the courts.
