Television news reports say that police arrested 37 year old Dustin Howasre after the bizarre story unfolded over the weekend. Police report that Howasre, of New Paris, apparently drove to a home in Somerset County pulled into a driveway and began to yell, then allegedly pulled out a gun and began to fire at the structure, located on Ogle Twp. The reports indicate that people were inside the home, but were not injured. Police arrived and had to chase Howsare when he began to flee the scene. Police said that Howsare told them he was mad at his wife, and that is what triggered the shooting incident. He is locked up, facing multiple counts.
