WTAJ reports that police have charged 43 year old Andrew Williams with causing the death of 65 year old Lynn Jury in front of Red Lobster on Pleasant Valley Blvd. The reports states that Williams had apparently told one of his ex girlfriends about the accident, and that he was on heroin at the time. Police say they talked to a number of Williams ex girlfriends and witnesses. Police also say that one of the one woman told them about damage to the front of Williams pickup truck, which matched debris found at the accident scene. Williams was arraigned yesterday and charged with accidents resulting in death, tampering with evidence, failure to render assistance and driving with a suspended license. He is locked up in the Blair County jail.
