A report by WJAC indicates that Blair County Judge Jackie Bernard handed down a guilty verdict against 37 year old Richard Sensibaugh of Claysburg last week on charges that he raped the 5 year old,while she was sleeping, and recorded the act on his cellphone. Police report that the victim’s mother found the video on Sensibaugh’s phone and took it to police. Sensibaugh was arrested in April of 2021 after a state police investigation. He was found guilty of child rape, aggravated indecent assault, and producing child pornography. Sensibaugh will now undergo an evaluation to determine if he is a sexually violent predator.
