According to WTAJ, police arrested 59 year old Melvyn Frazier after he allegedly walked into a home on the 900 block of 8th avenue Friday night. The complaint indicates that Frazier pounded on the back door of the home, sending the occupant into the streets to call the person who actually lives there. Frazier went into the house, and upstairs to a bedroom where he was caught drinking a beer, and was packaging some frozen food he planned to take. Police also said they found a solid white rock on Frazier, but did not elaborate as to what that rock was. Frazier told police he went into the home to find a power box charger. He was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking. He is in the Blair County jail.
