A report by WJAC indicates that police arrested 20 year old Aaron Foster after he allegedly forced a woman to remove her clothes before allegedly sexually attacking her. Police say the two became involved in an argument at a party where Foster accused the woman of touching another man’s arm. The victim was taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment where police say doctors found bruises and injuries consistent with a sexual and physical assault. Foster was arraigned yesterday, charged with rape, sexual assault, strangulation and aggravated indecent assault. He is locked up in the Blair County jail on $750,000 bail.
