News reports indicate that the plane apparently crashed sometime around 4 pm yesterday. The FAA reported that the aircraft was identified as a Piper PA-30 plane, and crashed in an undisclosed wooded area of the county. The Cambria County Coroners Office did report that 2 people who were on board were killed in the crash. The FAA along with the national transportation safety administration will investigate and release more information when it is confirmed.
