The Altoona Mirror reports that Judge Wade Kagarise ruled that rape charges against Christopher Gunter will stand. Gunter’s attorney pleaded with Judge Karagaise to dismiss the charges based on the fact that the alleged victim in the case could not describe whether Gunter had sex with her. The victim did tell the court on Friday that Gunter came into her bedroom naked on the night in question, took off her clothes, and put himself on top of her. That is where her memory of the incident stopped according to testimony. She also told the court that Gunter threatened to kill her and her children if she ever told anyone about the incident.
