The Pa Senator was in Clearfield County yesterday, stopping at a construction site where a bridge rehabilitation project was underway. Sen. Casey said that investing in infrastructure in America is critical, and we must strengthen our bridges across Pennsylvania. Casey said this work is more than just repairing, it is about safety and getting to work. Casey also stressed that a lot of bridges in pa need rehabilitated or replaced, and he said that financial help should come from Washington. Some $133 million in federal funds will be headed to that area in the next 5 years.
