WJAC reports that authorities arrested 64 year old Terry Allen of Spring Mills, and charged him with disorderly and disruptive conduct at the Capitol. Police report that Allen was among a group of protesters, when he allegedly used a wooden flag pole as a lance to attack police officers. He was then later allegedly caught on body cam video walking towards officers with that flagpole and a metal pipe. Allen was in court to answer the charges on Friday. So far, the FBI says that nearly 1100 people have been arrested for the January 6th incident .
