According to a report in the Altoona Mirror, 26 year old Jeffrey Guo is appealing his prison sentence imposed by Blair County Judge Wade Kagarise. Guo was sentenced to serve 23.5-60 years in prison for sexually assaulting 4 teenage girls, and setting them up in a prostitution business during 2018 and 19. Guo pled guilty in court to those charges along with drug trafficking. But now, Guo is saying that Judge Kagarise exceeded his authority in his sentence, and tried to have his guilty plea reversed, but failed. Judge Kagaraise denied Guo’s appeal with a ruling back on may4th. But Judge Kagarise said that Guo still has appeals pending in the state appellate court
