In a report by WJAC, Cambria County Coroner Jeff Leses ruled the death of 42 year old Eric Bender as accidental. Bender was found face down in a 10 foot deep pond a short distance from his residence. The only detail released by Lees is that alcohol did play a factor in bender’s death, but no further details were released. Police investigating did not say how bender ended up in the pond.
