Television news reports indicate the accident occurred along state route 192 in Miles Twp yesterday. Police say that the driver of the car involved tried to pass another car, when it collided with the buggy as the driver of the buggy was making a left hand turn. The buggy driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. The driver of the car was not hurt. State police are investigating.
