A report by WJAC indicates that a judge sentenced David Heck of Philipsburg to a term of 5-10 years in state prison for the sexual assault from last October. Police reported that 2 witnesses saw heck and the child together in an undisclosed wooded area, where the child was performing sex acts on heck. Police say that Heck forced the child to commit the acts. Heck was also ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
