An Altoona Mirror reports suggests that authorities have charged 27 year old Volaura Askew of Johnstown with the overdose death of her 5 year old child. Details indicate that the child was found dead inside her home, the victim of acute fentanyl toxicity according to Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees. Attorney General Michelle Henry says that this death should have never happened, and it was all because of the reckless actions of askew. Askew was apparently staying at the home of 2 drug dealers, Albert Spicer and Elyse Young who allegedly provided askew with drugs. The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney Generals office.
