WTAJ reported that polie arrested 40 year old Andrea Cuellar of Florida, and 29 year old Elvis Morffigarcia of New Jersey for allegedly trying to steal nearly $1500 worth of diesel fuel. The report says that both men were caught at the Martins General Store in Antis Twp on Tuesday night. Police say that the store manager accused the two of stealing the fuel from other locations and from his store the night before. Upon arrival, troopers discovered that the truck bed of their vehicle was full of diesel fuel. Troopers say that both men produced credit cards that did not match receipts for the fuel, and they were the only ones who used the diesel pump. Cuellar and Morffigarcia are charged with theft and felony access device fraud and are in Blair County jail.
