According to a report by WTAJ, 41 year old Michael Sollenberger of Ashville entered a guilty plea in federal court to several charges involving child porn. United States attorney Eric Olshan said that Sollenberger pled guilty to possession and production of materials that depicted sexual exploitations of minors. Authorities say that the porn was produced sometime between February 2018 and January 2020. Sollenberger is scheduled for sentencing at the end of November, and it is likely he will receive 35 years behind bars, and a possible fine of $750,000.
