A report by WTAJ indicates that police arrested 43 year old John Rackovan and 38 year old Alysha Rand both from Ebensburg for allegedly possessing methamphetamines in their home. The report states that police went to the home to serve a bench warrant for Rackovan. When they arrived, Rackovan took off into the woods, but was caught a short time later. Officers were allowed into the home and found meth in a bedroom, along with drug paraphenalia. Rackovan and rand were charged with possession of meth, psychedelic mushrooms and marijuana. Both are in the Cambria County jail on drug charges.
