The Altoona Mirror reports that police arrested 57 year old Michael Deangelo of Altoona for allegedly selling illegal products to an undercover state police officer. The report states the officer was shopping in the store on Allegheny Street back in January, and noticed a jar with a product inside. Deangelo allegedly told the undercover officer that the product would give an intense high. Not only was the sale deemed illegal, but Deangelo also took cash, and did not charge a sales tax for the items that were purchased. Another undercover sale took place in may, and was deemed to have contained illegal substances as well. Deangelo is charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
