According to WJAC, police arrested 48 year old Benjamin Otto after he allegedly led police on a high speed chase Monday night. The reports indicates that police stopped Otto on 19th street for multiple warrants. Otto then began the chase, and nearly hit several parked vehicles along the way. Police say the chase ended in the parking lot of a dollar general store on 31st street when he finally surrendered. Police report that they found marijuana in Otto’s car, along with drug paraphenalia. Otto faces a long list of charges. He is in the Blair County jail on $75,000 bond.
