Television news reports indicate that fire crews were called out the blaze at the home on Hartslog Valley road in Walker Twp yesterday. A total of 11 volunteer fire crews responded to the call, and took nearly 3 hours to put out the flames. Officials said that they believe the fire began in the attic of the home, and that 5 members of a family were inside, and all did get out safely. It appears that the home was totally destroyed, and the exact cause was not determined. The investigation will continue.
