Reports indicate that Ellen Casey, wife of the late governor Robert Casey Sr died on Friday in Scranton. The news was released by the casey family, after a brief illness. Mrs. Casey was the mother of current Pa Senator Bob Casey. Gov Josh Shapiro ordered all flags across Pennsylvania to fly at half staff to honor the late Mrs. Casey. She was 91 years old.
