A report by WJAC indicates that the Cambria County D.A.’S office says that Austin Kline will stand trial for the brutal murder of Richard Morgan. Kline was formally arraigned yesterday via video conference. Kline is accused of shooting Morgan and striking him with a landscaping tool after Morgan told him he could not take on a landscaping job that Kline asked him to look at. Police say that Kline admitted to them that he shot Morgan several times at his South Fork home, then abandoned Morgan’s car along Rt. 219 near the Rt. 53 exit. Kline is charged with criminal homicide and abuse of a corpse. A set trial date has not been announced.
