A report by WJAC indicates that the judge issued a statement in effect saying that the university knew of the ongoing culture of abuse and misconduct under Coach Wes Glon. A lawsuit filed by former fencer Sara Moss claims that Glon sexually harassed her during her career at Penn State. Moss also stated for the record that Nlon was abusive to other female fencers, and that the school violated title ix regulations. Glon retired earlier this year after 40 years. Judge Matthew Brann said in the report that he believes Glon crossed the line between aggressive coaching and sexual harassment.
