A report by WJAC indicates that police identified the victim as Dakota Cohenour, who is a member of the Mill Creek fire company. Police gave out very few details concerning the crash, only to say that it occurred along Route 655 in Mill Creek borough on Tuesday afternoon around 4 . Officials say that Cohenour was flown to UPMC Altoona and was brought the the ICU. Police are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
